About Us
We are a growing digital marketing and web development agency based in Cyprus. Our clients range from e-commerce businesses to corporate portals, directories, and complex custom projects. We are now looking for an experienced Word Press Developer with Elementor expertise to join our team full-time on a fully remote basis.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Word Press Developer (5+ years experience) who is not only proficient in Elementor Builder but also has strong technical foundations. This role goes far beyond creating simple informative websites we are looking for someone capable of building and optimizing advanced websites such as e-commerce platforms, directories, and portals, as well as tackling technical challenges like server optimization, security, SEO, and custom functionality development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced Word Press websites using Elementor Builder.
• Work with a wide range of themes and plugins, customizing as needed.
• Build and integrate complex functionalities, including custom plugins, codes, and functions.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and security (both with plugins and custom coding).
• Handle server-side tasks, including setup and optimization of dedicated servers.
• Implement SEO best practices: structured content, keyword targeting, technical SEO, sitemaps, indexing, etc.
• Perform advanced speed optimization and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate directly with clients in fluent English (written and spoken).
• Address website issues promptly during working hours.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in Word Press development with a strong Elementor portfolio.
• Demonstrable portfolio of websites (e-commerce, directories, portals, complex projects).
• Strong knowledge of databases, server setups, optimization, and security.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong foundations in SEO (on-page, technical, and performance optimization).
• Reliable internet connection and capable computer setup.
• Ability to work independently while being responsive and collaborative with clients and team members.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with custom PHP/JS development for Word Press.
• Experience with advanced caching, CDN, and Cloudflare optimizations.
• Familiarity with structured data, schema markup, and advanced SEO tools.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 Cyprus/Nicosia time (to align with client activity).
• Fully remote, based in India.
