Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom workflow applications. This role involves building robust back-end databases, middleware components, and front-end user interfaces. The ideal candidate will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to building and deploying systems that integrate with various enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain custom applications, including back-end databases, stored procedures, and middleware using C#/.NET.
* Build and manage web services and front-end UI interfaces.
* Assist with database migration projects, including scripting and implementing migration patterns.
* Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code for both new and existing codebases.
* Diagnose and resolve issues across the full technology stack, from front-end to back-end.
* Gather requirements and ensure host systems can effectively house application information.
* Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and provide timely communication on project status and effort estimations.

Required Qualifications

* Education:

** A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
*
* Experience:

** At least five years of related experience in full-stack development is required.
** Technical

Skills:

*** Proficiency in SQL Server with moderate database administration-adjacent experience, including knowledge of database migration.
* Strong experience with the .NET Framework, including .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
* Advanced JavaScript skills, including experience with JQuery.
* Experience with Web API, ORM, JSON, and Bootstrap for responsive UI design.
* Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
* Knowledge of tools such as Visual Studio, SQL Client Tools, Soap UI, IIS, and Postman.

* Soft Skills:

* Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
* A Master's Degree is a plus.
