We are seeking a motivated Software Developer Intern to join our team remotely during the summer internship program. This is a full-time position designed to provide hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies. The internship runs from June 7, 2027, through August 6, 2027, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. As part of this role, you will work closely with experienced developers to perform minor code corrections, develop new features, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ongoing projects.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to enhance your technical skills, understand real-world software development processes, and gain exposure to a variety of tools and frameworks in a collaborative environment.

To be successful in this role, candidates must currently be enrolled in a college degree program related to Information Technology or Computer Science, with some programming experience in Java gained through coursework or prior internships. Candidates should be in their junior year with a GPA of 3.5 or higher, demonstrating strong academic performance. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js,

experience with Spring Boot or microservices architecture, exposure to relational databases like PostgreSQL, and an understanding of web accessibility standards. Knowledge of version control tools such as Git is also advantageous. Candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Develop and enhance front-end features and components using Vue.js to improve user experience and accessibility.
• Add accessibility-compliant code to ensure adherence to WCAG standards, creating inclusive web experiences for all users.
• Debug and troubleshoot both front-end and back-end applications to identify, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Fix bugs in existing web applications to maintain stability and performance.
• Perform back-end development tasks utilizing Eclipse, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture to support scalable solutions.
• Integrate back-end services with PostgreSQL databases, executing CRUD operations for development and troubleshooting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and contribute to code reviews and documentation.
