We are seeking a Service Now Platform Architect to lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of our Service Now platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Sec Ops, and custom applications. The role combines deep platform mastery with enterprise architecture judgment, driving standards for data, integration, security, and customization that keep the platform scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business priorities.

• Design and oversee Service Now architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Sec Ops, and GRC
  .
• Lead architecture reviews, platform governance, and release management.
• Define CMDB strategy, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality standards.
• Design integrations using Integration Hub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs
  , and event-driven architectures.
• Implement platform security, ACLs, role-based access, and governance best practices.
• Drive platform performance, scalability, upgrades, and health improvements.
• Establish workflow and Flow Designer standards while minimizing customizations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor developers and administrators and maintain architecture documentation.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Service Now experience, including architecture or technical leadership.
• Expertise across multiple Service Now modules, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Strong knowledge of Service Now scripting, scoped applications, and platform security.
• Experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Service Now CTA, CIS, or CSA certification.

• Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience with Now Assist
  , GenAI, or AI-powered Service Now features.
• Exposure to multi-instance Service Now environments.
• Experience integrating Service Now with SAP, Salesforce, or Workday
  .
• Knowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or App Engine Studio
  .
