MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Application Developer to join our team! This is a remote position that requires travel to Clarksburg, WV once a year.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develops, creates, and modifies general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
• Analyzes user needs and develops software solutions.
• Designs or customizes software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
• Analyzes and designs databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
• Researches, designs, develops, and tests operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, business, scientific, and general computing applications.
• Sets operational specifications and formulates and analyzes software requirements.
• Designs embedded systems software.
• Applies principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of IT related experience;
  Master's Degree and 2+ years, Associate's degree and 6+ years or, High School Diploma and 8+ years of IT related experience is acceptable.
• 4 + years’ hands on development experience with Java in Linux environments.
• 4+ years’ hands on development experience with NodeJS and Angular.
• 4+ years’ experience developing in Agile / Scrum environment.
• Development experience with AWS, AWS Lambdas or similar cloud technologies
• Experience with codes, tests, debugs and maintaining software applications.
• Ability to develop program logic for new applications or analyze existing applications.
• Ability to analyze requirements and maintain test and integrate applications.
• Ability to solve a range of problems independently.
• Ability to travel to Clarksburg, WV one time per year

Security Clearance Requirements: Active/current Secret clearance is required.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,800.00-$. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
