In this role, you'll lead delivery on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, translating business needs into scalable platform solutions at the intersection of healthcare and enterprise technology. Combining hands-on configuration and custom development with stakeholder partnership, you'll drive sound technical design, strong security practices, and maintainable implementations. • Lead delivery on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
• Translate business needs into scalable platform solutions through configuration and custom development.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems via APIs.
• Partner with stakeholders and engineers to drive technical design and security best practices.
• Mentor team members while independently moving work forward.

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Flows, Omni Studio, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Experience with API integrations connecting Salesforce to external systems.
• Strong understanding of security practices and maintainable implementation standards.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Experience with Mule Soft.
• Background with AWS integrations.
