Microsoft Power Platform Developer; Remote

As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will design, develop, and implement a centralized intake management solution using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies. This role requires strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and workflow automation, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly, and maintainable solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements through stakeholder collaboration and discovery sessions.
• Design scalable Power Platform solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Develop and configure Power Apps applications, forms, user interfaces, and business logic.
• Build automated workflows using Power Automate to support intake routing, notifications, approvals, and tracking.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Lists and SharePoint Online data structures.
• Implement role-based security, access controls, and governance best practices.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services and approved enterprise systems.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot defects, and support deployment and post-launch stabilization activities.
• Create technical documentation, administrative guides, and operational procedures.
• Deliver training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing consultation to support long-term solution ownership.

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Lists, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience building workflow, intake management, request management, or case management solutions.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, governance, security, and development best practices.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Experience implementing workflow automation, integrations, and process optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge of role-based access controls, data security, and application lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
