Job Summary (List Format) AI Engineer (Remote, Doral, FL, Cruise Lines Industry)

• Own end-to-end application delivery in an AI-driven development environment.
• Direct AI coding agents to generate and evolve software solutions, focusing on engineering judgment over manual code writing.
• Ensure software solutions are correctly implemented, operationally ready, and aligned with business goals across code, infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability.
• Translate business and technical requirements into precise implementation instructions for AI agents.
• Define constraints, validation mechanisms, and identify specification gaps in development tasks.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, maintainability, architectural alignment, and production readiness.
• Ensure software output adheres to domain rules and operational expectations.
• Develop robust, scalable, observable, and highly operable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of AI-assisted software delivery practices.
• Collaborate across teams to review and validate code and technical artifacts.
