Qualification: Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering/IT (mandatory)
Certifications: AI/ML or Generative AI certifications (preferred)
Role OverviewWe are hiring a Full Stack Engineer Tech Lead with strong frontend expertise to design and build AInative applications for healthcare revenue cycle management. The role involves leading development of responsive web interfaces, integrating backend services, and ensuring production grade reliability and scalability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead development of web applications using React and modern frontend frameworks.
- Integrate frontend with Java/Spring Boot microservices and AI workflows.
- Drive performance, observability, and reliability standards.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (Product, Security, QA, Governance).
- Ensure CI/CD, automated testing, and production readiness.
- Strong expertise in React / modern frontend frameworks
. - Solid knowledge of Java/Spring Boot and backend integration.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Exposure to AI/LLM workflows (RAG, agentic systems) is a plus.
- Proven leadership in delivering scalable, reliable applications.
