About the Team and Role

• Join the Add-ons engineering team to build and modernize the platform supporting the Firefox add-ons ecosystem.
• Work on the Dev Hub, Reviewer tools, and automated moderation systems that serve millions of users and developers.
• Drive architectural improvements and deliver features that shape the future of add-ons.

• Architect and implement features across Python/Django, React/Type Script, and asynchronous processing systems.
• Establish engineering standards for code review, production readiness, and incident response.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines with declarative, pipeline-as-code approaches and robust observability.

• Strong hands-on experience with Python/Django in production environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud and infrastructure-as-code tooling.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a distributed team.
