Senior ETL​/Informatica Developer - W2; No C2C or ; Remote; Posted SAM

Required Skills

• 10 years of hands‑on experience developing and supporting Informatica Power Center ETL solutions.
• Strong experience with Oracle Database, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex ETL workflows, mappings, sessions, and workflows in Informatica.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data integration, and data transformation processes.
• Experience troubleshooting ETL failures, data quality issues, and production support incidents.
• Experience creating and maintaining batch jobs using Automic (UC4) or similar enterprise job scheduling tools.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions.
• Experience working with large datasets and high-volume data processing environments.
• Knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and migration methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and participation in Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with Service Now, Jira (or Apptio), and Dev Ops processes.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, commissions, or financial services domain is a plus.
• Experience with ETL test automation tools such as Query Surge for data validation, reconciliation, and regression testing is a plus.
