This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.

Data Insights team is rapidly evolving into a platform development team with the Data Viz launch, PDP semantic layer development, AI Ignite support, and integration with Answer & Insights. Data Insights is looking for the Senior Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys building and improving shared platforms while taking ownership of their reliability, usability, and ongoing support.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical skills with a service-oriented mindset
, recognizing that a platform is a product and that internal teams and applications relying on it are our customers.

The Senior Engineer Software will contribute to platform development, production support, troubleshooting, automation, and continuous improvement using the latest PCTY tech stack. Having previous platform building/support experience is a plus. Working with Web Platforms,
SQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, and on-prem data environments is preferred.
