Forward Deployed Engineer Remote​/On-site ( Israel

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work hand-in-hand with our enterprise customers - from initial deployment to full-scale AI adoption. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You'll be the person on the ground making sure Willow delivers real value, fast.

• Deploy and integrate Willow into complex enterprise environments - identity systems, SaaS tools, internal platforms, and everything in between.
• Be the trusted technical partner for customers - understand their stack, their constraints, and their goals.
• Translate customer needs into product insights - you're the bridge between what customers need and what we build next.
• Drive AI adoption strategy with security and IT leaders - help them move from pilot to production confidently.
• Build tooling, scripts, and integrations that accelerate deployments and unblock customers.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product to ship improvements informed by what you see in the field.

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role - solutions engineering, professional services, forward deployed engineering, or similar.
• Strong engineering fundamentals - you can read and write code, debug production issues, and reason about distributed systems.
• Product instincts - you think beyond the ticket and see the bigger picture of what the customer is trying to achieve.
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you operate with urgency, take ownership, and don't wait to be told what to do.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills - written and verbal. You'll be presenting to technical leaders regularly.
• Deep empathy for the customer - you genuinely care about their success and will go the extra mile to deliver it.
• Passionate about AI - you follow the latest trends, understand the landscape, and get excited about where it's heading.
