As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will be at the forefront of creating multimodal, adaptive systems that power seamless interactions between patients, providers, and AI. By combining visionary design with world-class engineering, you will shape the future of human-AI collaboration in healthcare, building transformative systems that empower millions with continuous, accessible care.

• Engineer Adaptive Interaction Systems:
  Build and optimize scalable applications that use natural language inputs, sensor fusion, and multi-agent systems to enable real-time decision-making.
• Innovate with Multimodal Agents:
  Design and integrate AI agents capable of interpreting voice & gesture-based interactions, biometrics, and context-aware inputs, creating dynamic, collaborative experiences.
• Create for Scale and Performance:
  Develop architectures that ensure high performance and reliability across millions of users and healthcare practices nationwide.
• Innovate Beyond the Interface:
  Define and execute the technical roadmap that ensures RoVR's systems remain at the forefront of healthcare innovation for years to come.

• Lead HCI-Driven Engineering:
  Pioneer interfaces rooted in human-computer interaction (HCI), incorporating embodied inputs, and innovative modalities to create smarter, more empathetic, and seamlessly connected, bridging the gap between humans and AI.
• Explore Emerging Modalities:
  Push the boundaries of healthcare tech with adaptive UIs, spatial computing, and biometric-driven dashboards that respond dynamically to users' needs, combine front-end expertise with the latest advances in AI to transform how care is delivered.
