We are looking for a Principal Rust Engineer with a strong background in Machine Learning to build the infrastructure layer for an unconventional, exascale AI pre-training stack. You will be instrumental in moving away from traditional centralized error back propagation and its massive network bottlenecks, implementing a highly distributed, gradient-free alternative.### Responsibilities
* Implement advanced Rust solutions for system programming focusing on safe concurrency, async programming with Tokio, and custom memory management.
* Work on hardware-software integration, ensuring efficiency in low-latency data transport and orchestration.
* Contribute to the deployment of our stack using Confidential Containers (CoCo) for enhanced security of our IP and clients' data.
* Collaborate on hardware architecture and engage with funding strategies to support our venture.### Requirements
* Principal-level expertise in Rust programming.
* Deep understanding of Linux Internals and Networking, including high-throughput network primitives and zero-copy architecture.
* Familiarity with infrastructural security practices, including virtualization technologies and hardware Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs).### What you'll get
