We are currently hiring a
** Forward Deployed Agent Builder
** to work directly with our business and product teams to design, build, and deploy AI agents that solve real-world workflows. This role sits at the intersection of agent engineering, product thinking, and stakeholder communication - translating complex business problems into intelligent, scalable AI solutions. You will play a critical role in accelerating our AI-first strategy by delivering agents that create immediate and measurable impact across the organization.

** A builder who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. You are equally comfortable whiteboarding a workflow with a product manager and writing production-grade agent code. You have deep hands-on experience with agent frameworks and multi-agent architectures, and you know how to design AI experiences that people actually want to use. You communicate clearly, move quickly, and care about outcomes over outputs.
** YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Partner with business and product teams to frame complex problems and translate requirements into agent workflows, tools, and data architectures
* Design and build agent workflows using Lang Chain and Lang Graph, including multi-agent architectures such as ReAct and supervisor models
* Architect and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines using Copilot, integrating with vector databases including Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, and pgvector
* Build and optimize short-term and long-term memory systems, managing context handling and continuity across agent interactions
* Integrate agents into enterprise systems via APIs, MCP, and platform connectors
* Develop business application agents using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps, with integrations into Microsoft Graph, Teams, and Share Point
* Design intuitive, usable AI experiences with a strong product and UX mindset
* Optimize agent performance for latency, cost, and accuracy; apply observability and evaluation tools to measure and improve outcomes
* Communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
** YOU'LL BRING:
*** Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, including Lang Chain and Lang Graph
* Proficiency designing and implementing multi-agent systems and architectures
* Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases
* Strong API integration skills and familiarity with enterprise systems
* Comfort with observability and evaluation tooling for AI systems
* Excellent communication skills and a product design sensibility
