Smart Contract Engineer — the company
Remote · $150K + equity
About the company the company makes trading simple. Our mobile-first app gives more than 2 million users access to the latest tokens, tokenized stocks, and leverage trading, with over $4B in volume processed since launch in 2024. Every trade, auto-sell, and fee flow runs on-chain, and the contracts behind them have to be fast, safe, and correct.
The RoleYou’ll own the on-chain programs that power the company’s trading products on Solana and EVM chains. You’ll take each contract from spec through audit to production, and help design how we expand to new chains and products. We’re a small team, so you’ll join early and ship real code fast. Expect your first production deployment within your first two weeks.
What You’ll Do- Own core trading programs, including order execution, auto-sell, fee routing, and token launch, from specification to deployment and audit
- Design cross-chain and settlement paths alongside our protocol engineers
- Build and maintain a thorough test suite using Anchor tests, Foundry, and property-based fuzzing
- Work directly with our security auditors on each release cycle
- Have shipped production programs on Solana (Anchor) or an EVM L2, ideally securing more than $10M in TVL or volume
- Can debug at the bytecode level when something breaks at 2 a.m.
- Value the unglamorous work: testing, fuzzing, formal verification, and audits
- Have delivered at least one end-to-end cross-chain integration (bridges, oracles, or settlement)
- Understand trading mechanics such as slippage, MEV, and transaction ordering on Solana
- $150K base salary plus meaningful early-stage equity
- Full health, dental, and vision coverage (US-based hires)
- $2,000 annual learning budget
