- Design and build scalable test automation frameworks for mobile and web from the ground up.
- Establish robust engineering standards and reliable testing practices for maintainable execution.
- Take end-to-end technical ownership of complex automation challenges and solutions.
- Mentor and guide engineers through framework implementation and effective testing practices.
- Drive architectural decisions and set consistent automation engineering standards across projects.
- Communicate technical concepts and delivery considerations clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Develop mobile automation using Appium 2.x for Android and iOS, and web automation with Playwright or Selenium.
- Integrate automated test suites into modern CI/CD pipelines and streamline execution across workflows.
- Apply AI-assisted engineering tools like Git Hub Copilot and Cursor to accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the US, UK, and Mexico in a nearshore delivery model.
- Work on enterprise-level challenges for large organizations, including life sciences and financial services.
