Position: Engenheiro(a) de Agentes de IA (AI Agent Engineer) - Remoto

You’ll work with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and advanced integrations, partnering with cross-functional teams and clients to develop scalable solutions with meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using specialized platforms and tools.
Integrate AI agents with external systems, including APIs, databases, CRMs, and other business applications.
Improve agent performance through prompt tuning, configuration, and ongoing monitoring.
Gather technical and business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Lead demonstrations and proofs of concept to present solutions and gather feedback.
Plan and track projects to support delivery within established timelines.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams.
Support clients adopting AI solutions by advising on architecture, security, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in software development, AI/Machine Learning engineering, or technical consulting.
Strong knowledge of Python and Golang.
Experience integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD and containerization.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Analytical mindset and a problem-solving approach.
Advanced spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Generative AI.
Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Familiarity with frameworks for building AI agents.
Experience with function calling and intelligent agent orchestration.
Involvement in digital transformation and AI-powered automation projects.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
