The Senior Software Engineer codes software applications based on business requirements. The Senior Software Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

We are seeking a highly accountable and innovative Senior Salesforce Engineer who thrives on solving complex business problems through technology. Beyond writing code, this individual serves as a strategic problem solver, trusted advisor, and platform expert who can connect business objectives with scalable Salesforce solutions.

They take ownership of challenges from discovery through implementation, leveraging Salesforce technologies, integrations, automation, and data solutions to create meaningful business outcomes. They are expected to identify opportunities, challenge existing processes, think creatively, and develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

• ~5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and platform configuration
• ~ Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
• ~ Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modeling, sharing rules, governor limits, and platform best practices
• ~ Experience integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware, event-driven architectures, or other integration technologies
• ~ Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
• ~ Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, administrators, architects, and engineering teams

Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. 106,900 - $147,000 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
