Texas Sports Academy uses athletics as a foundation for teaching essential life principles. This is a direct, hands‑on position where you will lead daily motivational programming, teach life skills through athletic training, and guide promising student‑athletes with the expertise you've earned through competition.

What You Will Be Doing- Conducting daily morning sessions that set the tone and prepare student‑athletes for success each day
- Delivering individualized motivational coaching centered on academic and personal development
- Leading life skills workshops through storytelling, reflective exercises, and hands‑on mentorship
- Overseeing afternoon athletic training sessions designed to cultivate resilience, collaboration, and responsibility
- Monitoring student development and maintaining rigorous expectations for attitude and achievement
- Former elite competitors who have reached the highest echelons of sport — Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All‑Americans
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Demonstrated experience leveraging athletics to guide and coach life skills
- Track record of motivational leadership within athletic, educational, or professional environments
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
- Willingness to reside in or move to Austin, TX
