• Conduct daily morning sessions that focus and prepare student‑athletes for the day.
• Deliver individualized motivational coaching centered on academic and personal development.
• Run life skills workshops that incorporate narrative, self‑assessment, and hands‑on guidance.
• Oversee afternoon sports training that cultivates resilience, collaboration, and responsibility.
• Monitor student advancement and maintain rigorous expectations for both attitude and output.

• Former elite‑level athlete who has competed at the pinnacle of sport (Olympian, World Champion, professional NFL/NBA/MLB/MLS/NHL player, NCAA Division I All‑American).
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Documented experience applying sport as a tool for mentorship and life‑skills coaching.
• Established track record of motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional contexts.
• Authorization to work legally in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Prepared to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX.
