Just Play Sports provides a wide range of sports programs, including camps, classes, clinics, and leagues, for children aged 2-18 in the Houston area. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Facility Administrator, based in Humble, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the sports facility, managing facility staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and addressing any maintenance or facility-related concerns. The Facility Administrator will also handle scheduling, coordinate facility use for sports activities, and act as a key contact for clients and team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer experiences.

• Strong supervisory skills to lead and manage facility staff effectively
• Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Facilities Operations for maintaining operational efficiency
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and service providers
• Knowledge or experience in specialized environments, such as medical or sports-related facilities, is a plus
• Proficient in problem-solving and maintaining safety standards
• Bachelor’s degree in business, facility management, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency with basic computer software and facility management tools
