This hybrid role blends on-court coaching with front desk leadership and member experience. You’ll help grow our programming while also being the welcoming face of the club. If you love pickleball, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy connecting with people, this is a great opportunity to grow with a new and expanding brand.
Responsibilities- Coach clinics & lessons
- Support leagues
- Manage front desk & open play
On-Court Coaching = $30/hr. – $45/hr. (based on experience & certifications), Front Desk / Open Play Monitor: $18/hr.
