Area Representative

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) has been transforming lives through the influence of sports since 1954. FCA inspires and equips coaches and athletes at all levels—professional, collegiate, high school, and youth—to use athletics as a platform to impact the world for Jesus Christ. The organization is dedicated to serving local communities by engaging, equipping, and empowering individuals to become disciples who inspire others.

The Area Representative role at the Fellowship of Christian Athletes is a full-time hybrid position based in Bryant, AR, with some remote work flexibility. The individual will build meaningful relationships with coaches, athletes, and local communities to engage them in FCA's vision. Daily responsibilities may include organizing team meetings, coordinating mentorship programs, leading spiritual discussions, and supporting the execution of ministry events.

The role also involves strategic planning, identifying partnership opportunities, and fostering discipleship while demonstrating a strong personal commitment to FCA’s mission and values.
