Position OverviewConferences and Institutes is seeking an Instructor for the Palmer Summer Art Program to be held July 20 – July 24, 2026.
Responsibilities- Provide 24‑hour supervision and safety of minors participating in the program.
- Manage all aspects of the daily program administration, including compliance with youth policies and procedures, emergency response, and direct communication with the Program Director and Program Manager.
- Collect, store, and verify medication and maintain oversight of participant health information.
- Assist with the development of instructional content and deliver lessons and activities.
- Monitor the safety, whereabouts, and actions of program participants at all times, including non‑instructional times.
- Identify and respond to issues concerning participant interactions, behavior, mental health, and acclimation to the program environment.
- Act quickly and calmly using sound judgment to handle sensitive issues, address behavior problems, and immediately follow any necessary notification protocols.
