As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of that mission — driving operational excellence for our largest customers and ensuring every shipment runs smoothly from quote to delivery.

• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to support key customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Manage daily account operations — from quoting and booking to invoicing — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and profitability.
• Strategically accept or reject freight based on capacity, performance, and margin opportunities.
• Monitor load boards, resolve issues quickly, and manage escalations to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate scheduling and optimize coverage for on‑time pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each account, identifying trends and collaborating with leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee billing, rates, and fuel surcharges — resolving discrepancies and ensuring smooth financial operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptionally organized with a sharp eye for detail.

This is a non‑exempt role with an hourly rate of $24.00 /hour
. In addition to hourly pay, full‑time employees are also eligible for an equity package and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Flock Freight. Our policy is that we target candidates local to one of Flock Freight’s headquarters locations (San Diego and Chicago).
