• Assist in loading the trailer with materials.
• Unload the trailer using a forklift or hand truck.
• Transport loads along the required route to proper destinations.
• Obtain shipping bills and necessary signatures.
• Return completed paperwork to the shipping office.
• Remove empty skids from the trailer and carry them to the designated piling area.
• Perform miscellaneous vehicle service duties, including checking oil, water, gasoline, and tire air daily.
• Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Carry out other work‑related duties as assigned by the leader.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

• Class A CDL is required.
• Hazmat & Tanker endorsements are preferred.

• Ability to read, write, and speak in English is required.
• Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required to drive a company vehicle. Must meet all company requirements to operate a Helena vehicle.

Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required for all positions at Helena.

The work environment for this position is a warehouse/outdoor setting with moderate to loud noise levels, sometimes extremely loud. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, exposed to outdoor elements. In the warehouse, you will regularly work around moving equipment and mechanical parts and could be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, chemical and biological hazards, vibrations, and a risk of electrical shock.

This position requires using your hands for many tasks and involves talking, hearing, walking, sitting, standing (8 hours a day or more), lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling (up to and including 50lbs), reaching overhead (up to and including 25lbs), climbing, gripping, grasping, bending, stooping for long periods, working below knee levels for short periods, and working above shoulder level for short periods.
