Requirement: Prior route driving experience preferred.

Fixed Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Summary:

The Route Driver drives a company vehicle over an established route to deliver products or render services and maintains vending and related equipment. The Route Driver represents the company and should project a professional and positive image while building client and customer relationships. This role offers advancement opportunities for entry level management.

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Perform product rotation to ensure freshness at designated client locations.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in all aspects of performance.
• Inform regular clients of new products or services; listen to and resolve service complaints.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion materials for customers.
• Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected, and product handling.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license (as per state), ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws.
• Preferred 1–2 years of customer service experience, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Proficient with handheld computer; training provided.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
• Able to work independently and manage route; work unsupervised up to 98% of the workday.
