Air Export Coordinator

This hybrid position plays a critical role in managing international air export shipments from booking through final delivery while ensuring compliance with U.S. and international regulations. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of air export operations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Coordinate and manage international air export shipments from start to finish
• Prepare and review export documentation including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and SLI
• Ensure compliance with TSA, CBP, IATA, and other regulatory requirements
• File AES/EEI through ACE in accordance with U.S. export regulations
• Arrange bookings with airlines and negotiate rates when applicable
• Communicate shipment details and updates to customers, overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Ensure accurate billing and cost control
• Maintain accurate shipment records in the company’s operating system
• Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional service

• 2+ years of experience in air export freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of air export documentation and compliance requirements
• Experience with AES filing (ACE system)
• Familiarity with IATA regulations and TSA compliance
• Proficiency in freight forwarding software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
