The Entry‑Level Logistics Manager supports daily distribution operations while developing leadership capabilities within a structured supply chain environment. This role combines hands‑on logistics coordination with supervisory exposure and operational analysis.

• Oversee and support daily warehouse and distribution operations
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (parcel, LTL, FTL freight)
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Communicate with transportation carriers and resolve shipping discrepancies
• Track KPIs related to delivery performance and operational efficiency
• Support compliance with healthcare distribution standards and safety protocols
• Assist in supervising warehouse associates and workflow management
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity

• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain fundamentals
• Knowledge of freight coordination and shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
