• Provide brokerage coverage to ensure uninterrupted freight movement and service continuity
• Respond to customer and carrier communications, accurately entering load details in transportation management systems
• Coordinate various freight orders in accordance with established operational standards
• Monitor load execution to ensure on‑time pickup and delivery, taking corrective actions as necessary
• Address customer and carrier concerns professionally and expedite unresolved issues as needed

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s Degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
• 2 to 3 years of experience in transportation, brokerage coordination, dispatch, or logistics support required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across various stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management systems
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required

• Experience working with transportation management systems, such as Descartes Trace or similar platforms
• Previous experience in customer service or terminal operations
• Knowledge of load feasibility evaluation and service performance monitoring
