Since all our programs are residential, we can't compete with remote work scheduling. We demonstrate the value in our employees through a generous 6-week time off policy, 100% contribution towards dental and vision plans (for full-time staff), 70% contribution towards several medical plans (for full-time staff), and an employee assistance program that provides 8 counseling sessions to each of our employees and their families.

In addition to the normal compensation and benefits, we offer a 6-month retention bonus and an employee referral bonus.

Safely and courteously pick up perishable and non-perishable goods from designated corporate donors and deliver to Open Door Mission. They must have a clean driving record to be approved per insurance standards which includes a check for DUI/DWI, history of a suspended license, and/or vehicular manslaughter.

Transport students to appointments and other approved events or locations as scheduled. Typical vehicle includes a 15' DOT licensed box truck and refrigerated van. Additional vehicles may include a cargo van and pick up truck.

Our Drivers are the front line of donations ministry and may be the first point of contact our corporate partners meet. This person should reflect the faith and values of Open Door Mission and our mission of Restoring Hope and Changing Lives. This person will communicate with professionalism and gratitude to varying levels of personnel and external partners.

Pay starts at $18.00 per hour and typically scheduled during day-time hours and may include weekends.
