14491 - Logistics Coordinator, Solar (onsite) – Cottle County / Knox County, TX
Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Cottle County / Knox County, TX (required)
- Logistics Coordinator experience (2+ years)
- Experience with Unifier Software or other reporting systems (2+ years)
- Experience with team leadership managing teams up to 5 personnel (2+ years)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) (2+ years)
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED
- Construction and Material experience (2-3 years)
- Managing, maintaining, and overseeing daily operations of owner-supplied materials such as solar modules, batteries, and power inverters for assigned projects
- Recording all module, inverter, and battery deliveries per vendor and uploading into Unifier and Daily Tracker on a daily basis
- Meeting drivers, collecting Bills of Lading, signing, dating, and uploading BOLs with supporting delivery and damage pictures
- Managing multiple phases of logistics activities, including coordination of solar module, inverter, and battery deliveries
- Performing CSV uploads, reconciling error reports with Integrated Supply Chain, and coordinating recycling efforts and pickups
- Maintaining interdepartmental communication with ISC, EPC, site team, project management, and regional management
- Maintaining safety standards and PPE compliance, sharing safe off-load and recovery plans, and submitting weekly logistics reports while ensuring adherence to SOPs
