Class A CDL Regional Truck Driver Job Description

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a regional position running throughout Texas and surrounding states. This role offers consistent miles, reliable weekly home time, and steady freight on a well-supported regional fleet. • Weekly Earnings: $1,075 – $1,200 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out)
• Reset: 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Stability: Consistent miles, steady freight, and predictable regional scheduling

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: Approximately 70% drop-and-hook (remaining is live load/unload)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)

• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Retirement: Up to a $2,000 401(k) match available
• Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year
• Insurance: Full health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans

• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
