Compensation:
Hourly base pay $35.29 - $52.88 per hour, with potential for commission and incentive programs.

• Perform preventive maintenance: oil, oil filter, fuel filter, transmission flush; inspect vehicles for mechanical deficiencies.
• Execute light and major repairs, including OBD II diagnostics, brake components, tires, tune‑ups, suspension components, electrical systems, and state safety inspections.
• Maintain and repair equipment such as cable trailers and laptop docking stations.
• Keep shop area clean, dispose of fluids safely, and maintain vehicle history records.
• Provide roadside assistance and interface with vendors for parts and repairs.
• Design and execute moderate fabrication tasks, including welding and hydraulic system troubleshooting.
• Coordinate specialized truck availability, handling complex hydraulic, generator, electrical, hybrid, and onboard computer systems.
• Manage general automotive parts and accessories diagnosis, repair, and replacement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• High School diploma or GED plus 5 years of related experience (alternative combinations of higher education and 3–7 years of experience are acceptable).
• Current or attainable Master Level ASE certification (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File.
• Ability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions.
• Experience with diesel, transmission, and heavy‑truck repairs (minimum 5–10 years for the highest skill level).
• Knowledge of DOT and CDL requirements; eligible for Class A or B Operator’s License if required.
• Valid DOT medical card with at least four months remaining in validity (or a DOT physical if less than four months).
• Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds, frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, and climb.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for direct customer interaction.

• Minimum 6.67 hours of paid time off per month and seven paid holidays per year.
