Location

Naperville, IL. This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly.

Works to deliver on day‑to‑day objectives with limited impact on the achievement of results for the job area. Tasks are highly routine under supervision. Ensures assets are positioned appropriately to satisfy customer demand, maintains equipment balance, and works with vendors such as depots, truckers, and terminals. Ensures equipment flows and match‑back planning meets regional and global needs, manages shipper pool activities where applicable, monitors aging and executes plans to minimize aging containers, monitors and ensures an empty lift plan is achieved, and ensures adherence within empty allocation at terminals/depots.

• 2+ years of industry experience in an intermodal capacity and 2+ years’ experience in equipment control on a regional level.
• Proven track record in meeting departmental performance metrics.
• Experience overseeing expenditures exceeding $10,000,000 annually is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.

2+ years’ industry experience; transportation equipment experience preferred.

Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

Salary Range: $34,000.00 to $46,000.00.
