Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL drivers, including new CDL graduates, for regional runs in the Western 3 region (AZ, CA, NV). Drivers will operate company‑provided 53' refrigerated trailers on primarily no‑touch assignments, with paid trainer‑accompanied OTR weeks for less experienced drivers and regular weekly home time.
Key responsibilities
Operate 53' refrigerated trailers safely and in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
Complete assigned regional runs within AZ, CA, and NV; follow planned routes and schedules.
Perform drop‑and‑hook and no‑touch freight handling; some live load/unload tasks may occur.
Maintain accurate logs, electronic logging device (ELD) records, and required paperwork.
Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
Represent the company professionally with customers and dispatch at all times.
Compensation & benefits $1000 - $1,400 per week (depending on miles and experience).Mileage: $0.55 per mile for new graduates; $0.61 per mile with 6+ months’ experience.
Trainee pay: approximately $680+ per week during the 4–6 week trainer period for drivers with under 6 months’ experience.
Additional pay: $25 per stop; monthly performance bonus of $0.06 per mile (criteria apply: e.g., 8,200+ monthly miles, safe driving, fuel efficiency reference at 7 MPG).Full benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off) available after 30 days of employment.
Schedule & equipment
Regional Western 3 lanes (AZ, CA, NV) with predominantly no‑touch refrigerated freight.
Average weekly miles: 1500 - 2,000.Regular weekly home time with at least a 34‑hour reset; many drivers return home during the week depending on residence.
Drivers must be available to operate day or night shifts as required by dispatch.
Training Structured 4–6 week OTR/regional training program with a trainer/mentor for drivers with under 6 months’ experience; paid orientation and trainer period.
Minimum qualifications
Valid Class A CDL; minimum age 21.Graduated from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours).Reasonably clean driving record: no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past five years; no DUI convictions.
No recent felony convictions; misdemeanors and other offenses will be reviewed for safety‑related disqualifications.
Not terminated from most recent employer for safety or conduct reasons.
Stable work history preferred: minimum recent employment expectations include at least 6 months in the last year and at least 1 year in the last three years (exceptions for school or training will be considered).Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens and required background checks.
