Class A Driver- Shuttle Doubles

Job Summary

As a Driver, Shuttle you will transport empty trailers to the Operating Company warehouse locations and return full trailers with products to domicile/shuttle yard locations, while following DOT regulations and ensuring safe, timely delivery.

• Pay: $26.00 per hour.
• Sign‑on bonus: $10,000.
• Typical shift:
  Sunday–Thursday, 6:00 PM start time.
• Work from home daily.

Transport empty trailers to the Operating Company warehouse locations and deliver full trailers with products to domicile/shuttle yard locations, performing pre‑inspections, post‑inspections, coupling/uncoupling, and maintaining safe driving practices as required by DOT regulation.

• Perform all required safety checks (pre/post trip inspections of tractor, truck, and trailer).
• Inspect trailer for proper loading and secured freight.
• Maintain DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines.
• Ensure all route paperwork is prepared and available.
• Drive and deliver trailers according to predetermined route schedule.
• Perform hook/unhook procedures per safety guidelines.
• Park and store tractor‑trailers in designated areas.
• Secure all equipment and freight.
• Collect and secure damaged goods and customer returns.
• Unload equipment, materials, and remove trash from trailers.
• Complete daily record of hours of service in log.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in tractor and loading dock area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL‑A with Doubles endorsement (preferred; willing to train).
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report for past 3 years.
• Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Attain or have a current DOT Health Card (or be able to secure one).
• Able to hand‑lift and use equipment to move product cases/freight (typically 10–35 lb, up to 60–90 lb at times).
