CDL-A Truck Driver Dedicated Home Weekly-/WK (Full Time)

CDL-A Truck Drivers with 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (must be local, regional or OTR) to be hired weekly, solid benefits, a $2500 Sign On Bonus (paid out over first 6 months) and weekly pay of $1600-$1850+/WK with the top drivers (20% and up) earning $2200/WK. That comes to an average annual pay of $80K-$115K/Yr.
Drivers will make deliveries to stores by placing boxes on the conveyor belt. Drivers do not go into store and there is no merchandising. Store personnel take items off conveyor belt and put them into inventory.
Drivers are paid mileage pay ranging from .80 CPM to .86 CPM based on experience, plus $325 per Trailer Unload. Average drivers will unload 3 trailers per week running IL, OH, IN, MI.
Benefits and Schedule- Full benefits including health, dental, PTO, vision, and 401(k) start after 30 days.
- Drivers may have a rider and a pet from day one, although they cannot ride with the driver while on the account.
- Drivers are trained $150/day and will train for 3-6 days on the account and then run on their own.
- Drivers are almost always 500 miles from home. Drivers take their truck home during home time and will not be home for the full weekend, but will be home at least one day during the weekend.
- Drivers must have 3 months of verifiable Class A experience within the last 3 years.
- Drivers must have never failed or refused a DOT drug test.
- Drivers must not have been terminated from the last job for any safety reason. If terminated, they must run with another carrier for six months.
- No more than one DOT preventable accident within the last 3 years and no more than three accidents/incidents during that time.
- No major moving violations in the last year and no more than three moving violations in the last 3 years.
- No more than 4 jobs in the last year, 6 jobs in the last 2 years, and 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
