Start your new career in Energy Efficiency with CLEAResult! We're looking for motivated individuals who are looking for an opportunity to join a career-focused company and start working in the Energy Efficiency industry.

You will be driving our truck to residential homes and will be picking up refrigerators that need to be recycled. You can expect your work schedule to be from 8:00am-5:00pm.

• Lifting heavy refrigerators using dollies, team lifts, or other methods
• Work in all climates
• Bending, crouching, kneeling

• Ability to work in-person in multiple homes per day (this is not a work‑from‑home position; you will be in the field servicing customers’ homes)
• Ability to pivot work hours; elongated schedules may be required at times

• Paid training

• A desire to learn more about a new industry
• A passion for helping people
• Are at least 21 years of age
• A valid Driver’s License
• DOT Medical Card required. If you don't have one, we can help at the time of offer

$20-21/hr

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
