CDL-A Truck Drivers with 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (local, regional or OTR) run a dedicated regional account that is home every other day for 10 hours and home weekly for 34 hours.

Job offers benefits after 30 days and a $2500 Sign On Bonus paid over the first 6 months. Weekly pay ranges from $1600 to $1850+, with top drivers earning $2200/WK. Average annual pay is $80K – $115K.

Drivers deliver to stores by placing boxes on a conveyor belt; they do not enter the store as merchandising is handled by store personnel.

• Mileage pay ranging from $0.80
  
  CPM to $0.86
  
  CPM based on experience.
• $325 per trailer unload (average 3 trailers per week on IL, OH, IN, MI).
• $150/day training (3–6 days) before operating independently.
• Full benefits: health, dental, PTO, vision, 401K after 30 days.

• Account is about 500 miles from home; drivers take their truck home during home time.
• Drivers are not home for the full weekend but are at least one day during the weekend.

• 3 months verification of Class A experience within the last 3 years (must be local, regional or OTR).
• No DOT drug test failure or refusal.
• Must not have been terminated from last job for a safety reason; if terminated for safety reason, must work for another carrier 6 months before reapplying.
• No more than one DOT preventable accident in the last three years and no more than three accidents/incidents overall.
• No major moving violations in the last year and no more than three moving violations in the last three years.
• Drivers may have a rider and a pet from day one, but cannot ride with driver while the train is on the account.

Deliver boxes to conveyor belts, unload trailers, and maintain schedule while complying with all safety and company policies.
