Dedicated Account
CDL-A Truck Drivers with 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (must be local, regional or OTR) will receive solid benefits, a $2,500 Sign On Bonus paid over the first 6 months, and weekly pay ranging from $1,600 to $1,850+. Top drivers (20% or more) can earn $2,200 per week, averaging $80,000 to $115,000 per year.
Drivers transport loads to stores by placing boxes on a conveyor belt; store personnel remove items and add them to inventory. Drivers never enter the store or handle merchandising.
Mileage pay ranges from .80 CPM to .86 CPM based on experience. Drivers receive $325 per trailer unload, with an average of three trailers per week covering IL, OH, IN, and MI.
Benefits—including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k)—begin after 30 days.
Rider and Pet Policy- Drivers may bring a rider and a pet from day one.
- Drivers may not ride with the driver while on the account.
- Drivers receive daily training at $150 per day for 3–6 days before running independently.
- Routes are typically about 500 miles from home; drivers take the truck home during home time.
- Drivers will not be home full weekend but will have at least one day at home.
- 3 months of verifiable Class A experience within the last 3 years.
- Current and ongoing DOT drug test compliance; no failures or refusals.
- No safety-related termination from the last job; if terminated for safety, must run with another carrier for six months.
- No more than one DOT preventable accident in the last 3 years and no more than three accidents/incidents overall.
- No more than three moving violations in the last 3 years.
- No more than 4 jobs in the last year, 6 jobs in the last 2 years, or 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
- Sign On Bonus: $2,500 paid over the first 6 months.
- Weekly Pay: $1,600–$1,850+; top drivers up to $2,200.
- Mileage Pay: .80 CPM–.86 CPM.
- Trailer Unload Pay: $325 per trailer.
