Class A CDL Drivers $1750-$1950/WK Home Weekends (Full Time)

Class A CDL Truck Drivers earn $1750-$1950/WK running a dedicated account that gets you home during the weekend. Full benefits start after 60 days and include medical, dental, 401K, PTO and more.

Drivers are paid CPM and per load. CPM pay is $0.82–$0.88 CPM with each trailer unload of $340.

There are two schedules (assigned during second interview):
Monday‑Friday or Tuesday‑Saturday.

The account covers IA, WI, MN, IN, N. KY and MI. Trucks are late‑model Freightliner automatics and drivers can take the truck home when home time, provided there is a safe and secure location.

Must live within 100 miles of Joliet.

• Unload boxes onto a conveyor belt for store personnel to receive freight off the belt.
• Handle all driver duties including loading, driving, and safety compliance.

• Drivers must have 6 or more months of verifiable Class A experience in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 24 months.
• May not have more than 2 Class A driving jobs in the last year.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months and no more than 3 in the last three years.
• In the last three years may not have had any inattentive or careless driving violations.
• In the last five years may not have any reckless or leaving the scene of an accident violations.
• No preventable accidents in the last five years involving injury or rollover, including personal vehicle.
• No more than three preventable accidents in the last three years; a police report is required for all accidents in the last five years.
• Terminated from the last two jobs disqualifies candidates; termination for stolen goods is ineligible. Other terminations will be reviewed.
• All Class A felonies must be over 10 years old and will be reviewed.
• All Class B or C felonies must be 7 years or older and will be reviewed.
• No misdemeanors in the last four years.
• No DUI in a commercial vehicle; no more than two ever and none in the last five years.
