CDL-A Dedicated Driver

Flint Logistics is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for dedicated home weekly freight with predictable scheduling and consistent Virginia and West Virginia routes. Drivers earn $1,450 to $1,650 per week with a dedicated operation designed around reliable home time and steady freight flow.

• Home Time: Weekly 34‑hour reset
• Pay: $1,450 to $1,650 per week
• Freight: Dedicated freight with powered pallet jack unloads
• Location: Roanoke, VA 24011

Dedicated Virginia and West Virginia routes with weekly home time and consistent scheduling.

Paid orientation is provided. Drivers receive travel and hotel expenses during the orientation process.

Late‑model Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth trucks with 1200‑1500 watt inverters are used. Drivers may park at any USX terminal or take the truck home during weekly reset periods.

Drivers within 30 miles of the distribution center may be able to take 10‑hour breaks at home depending on route timing.

CDL-A truck drivers operate within a dedicated freight network built around predictable scheduling and consistent weekly freight movement.

Freight includes a mix of drop‑and‑hook and live unload deliveries using powered pallet jacks to keep freight handling efficient and manageable.

Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500 sign‑on bonus available for drivers joining the dedicated account.
