Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Solo OTR Truck Drivers in the Evansville, IN area. The fleet is modern and we pay competitive rates based on performance. Drivers earn between $115,000 and $125,000 annually, with top performers reaching $145,000.

• 30% of line haul OR 65¢ per mile. Drivers can switch between the two at any time. The 30% plan delivers higher earnings on the current market, especially in slow season ($1,900–$2,100/week) and peaks ($2,100–$2,400/week) with some weeks up to $2,700.
• Average weekly gross: $1,900 – $2,400 with peaks reaching $2,700+. Seasonality: Q1 is slow ($1,900–$2,100), Q2/Q4 higher ($2,100–$2,400), Q3 moderate.
• Bonus structure: performance, safety, delivery, DOT inspections.

• Operate a Class A CDL truck (dry van or reefer) consistently at high safety and efficiency standards.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations, including ELD compliance, safety regulations, and pre‑employment drug screening.
• Complete and maintain accurate logs, daily safety reports, and any required documentation.
• Plan and execute routes, maintain on‑time delivery and vehicle upkeep.

• Minimum 2+ years verifiable CDL experience; must be physically fit to handle long‑haul driving.
• Valid Class A CDL with no pending suspensions.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record and PSP report; no DWI/DUI/BAC convictions in past 4 years; no reckless driving convictions in past 3 years; no more than 3 moving violations or accidents in past 3 years.
• At least 3+ years of verifiable work history (including non‑driving).
• Ability to pass drug/alcohol screen and operate modern ELD system.
