• Average Annual Earnings: $110,000
• Pay Rate: $0.52 - $0.56 CPM
• Average Weekly Miles: 1,500
• Daily Rate: $50/day
• • Must work all 5 scheduled days to receive daily rate
• NYC Borough Stop Pay: $42 per stop
• • Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, and Brooklyn
• Liftgate Stop Pay: $45 per stop
• Detention Pay:
  Paid in 15-minute increments
• • Driver must arrive within delivery window to qualify
• Classroom Safety Training Pay: $20/hour

• Local position with regular home time
• Main start time around 2:30 AM
• Off Sundays
• Typical shifts are 12-14 hours

Drivers will operate within approximately 350 miles of North Hatfield, MA
, delivering to locations throughout:

• New York City boroughs
• Long Island
• New Jersey
• Massachusetts
• Vermont
• Rhode Island
• New Hampshire
• Maine
• Pennsylvania
• Parts of Upstate New York

Drivers should expect to deliver in NYC boroughs daily.

Drivers will deliver fresh and frozen groceries using 46', 48', 51', or 53' reefer trailers to supermarkets and distribution centers, including customers such as Associated Grocers and Food Town.

• Deliver fresh and frozen grocery products to retail stores and distribution centers
• Complete multi-stop routes averaging 15-20 stops per week
• Typically complete one long load per day, with possible shorter additional loads when hours allow
• Occasionally pick up return product from stops
• Complete backhauls to the distribution center when required
• Assist with other local accounts as needed
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations

• Assigned automatic day cab tractors
• Equipment cannot be taken home during time off
• Trucks average 3 years old or newer
• Newer equipment added to the fleet
• 100% electric pallet jacks provided
• Uniforms provided
• Drivers will be trained on electric pallet jack use
• New management team with tenured leadership
• Improved warehouse staffing to help reduce delays

• Driver must provide transportation to and from the account
• Must be comfortable delivering in NYC boroughs
• Must be able to assist with unloading using an electric pallet jack
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Must be flexible to support other local accounts as needed

Drivers are typically off on the day of major holidays but may work the holiday night for:

• Thanksgiving
• Christmas
• New Year’s

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience
• Safe driving record
• Strong work history
• Customer-service focused attitude
• Ability to work early morning start times and long shifts
