CDL-A Truck Driver Dedicated Home Weekly-/WK (Full Time)

CDL‑A Truck Drivers with 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (must be local, regional or OTR) will be hired weekly. The position offers solid benefits, a $2500 Sign On Bonus (paid out over the first 6 months) and weekly pay of $1600-$1850+/WK, with top drivers (20% and up) earning $2200/WK. This equates to an average annual pay of $80K-$115K/Yr.

• Deliver items to stores by placing boxes on a conveyor belt; store personnel then take the items from the conveyor for inventory. Drivers do not enter the store or manage merchandising.
• Earn mileage pay ranging from .80
  
  CPM to .86
  
  CPM based on experience, plus $325 per trailer unload. Average drivers will unload 3 trailers per week covering IL, OH, IN, MI.
• Receive full benefits—including health, dental, PTO, vision, and 401(k) starting after 30 days.
• Drive with a rider and a pet from day one, provided the rider does not ride with the driver while the truck is on the account.
• Complete training for 3-6 days on the account at a rate of $150 per day, after which the driver runs independently.
• Almost always be 500 miles from home; take the truck home during home time and be home at least one day each weekend, but not the full weekend.
• Maintain a clean driving record: never have failed or refused a DOT drug test.
• Ensure all safety and compliance criteria are met, including no termination for safety reasons in the last job and no more than one DOT‑preventable accident in the last three years.
• Keep moving violations to a minimum: no more than three in the last three years, none major in the last year.
• Limit job changes: no more than four jobs in the last year, six in the last two years, and eight in the last three years.
• Earn good money, get home every week, and bring loved ones and pets. This account will keep you busy year‑round.

• 3 months of verifiable Class A experience within the last three years (must be local, regional, or OTR).
• Never have failed or refused a DOT drug test.
• Not terminated from the last job for any safety reason; if terminated for a safety reason, must run with another carrier for six months.
• No more than one DOT‑preventable accident in the last three years and no more than three total accidents/incidents during that period.
• No major moving violations in the last year; no more than three moving violations in the last three years.
• No more than four jobs in the last year, six jobs in the last two years, or eight jobs in the last three years.
• Hands‑on requirement to drive with a rider and a pet, provided the rider does not ride with the driver while the truck is on the account.
