CL A OTR Drivers No Touch-Flexible Home Time-Rider & Pet (Full Time)

We are looking for Class A CDL drivers with at least 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR; trainer time does not count) to join our first‑class team. Drivers enjoy predictable home time, competitive pay, and modern equipment, along with the flexibility to bring a rider or pet from day one.

• Outbound 12‑14 days, home for 48 hours (flexible home time to accommodate life’s needs)
• Majority of runs are east of I‑35, with occasional lower 48 opportunities (excluding NYC & Long Island)

• Weekly pay $1,400‑$1,800+ based on experience
• Starting pay: $0.54 CPM + $0.03 safety bonus for drivers with 3 months experience
• Experienced drivers (5+ years): $0.60 CPM + $0.03 safety bonus
• 100% no‑touch freight, with 65% drop‑and‑hook loads
• Modern trucks: 2022 Freightliner Cascadia and newer, equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, and 1250‑watt inverters
• Auto restrictions accepted

• No failed or refused DOT drug test ever
• Cannot have been terminated from your last driving job
• Minimum 3 months OTR or regional experience in the last 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, no more than 2 in the last 12 months
• Major moving violations:
  None in the last year; only 1 in the last 3 years
• Safety:
  No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years; no DOT‑recordable incidents in the last 3 years
