CDL-A Truck Drivers with 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (must be local, regional or OTR) run a dedicated regional account that is home every other day (10 hour) and weekly for 34.

Additionally, the job offers great benefits after 30 days and a $2500 Sign On Bonus (paid out over first 6 months) and weekly pay of $1650-$2000+/wk with top drivers (20% and up) earning $2200/wk. That comes to an average annual pay of $80K-$115K/year.

Drivers deliver to stores by placing boxes on a conveyor belt. Drivers do not enter the store; there is no merchandising. Store personnel take items off the belt and put them into inventory.

Drivers are paid mileage pay ranging from $0.60 CPM–$0.73 CPM based on experience, and $250 per trailer unload. An average driver will do 3 trailers a week, earning an additional $125.

Drivers will run VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, WV and be home every other day for their 10 hour reset and weekly for their 34.

Full benefits including health, dental, PTO, vision, and 401K start after 30 days.

Drivers may have a rider and a pet from day one, although they may not ride with the driver while on the account.

During training drivers are paid $150/day and will train for 2–5 days before running on their own.

Drivers are almost always 500 miles from home. Drivers take their truck home during home time. Drivers will not be home for the full weekend but will be home at least one day during the weekend.

DRIVERS CANNOT HAVE EVER FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG TEST EVER IN THEIR CAREER.

• Minimum 3 months class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time)
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months
• No major at fault CMV accidents in the last five years. This includes any accident that results in an injury, a jack knife or rollover.
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last two years
• No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years
• Can not have more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last two years
• Can not have more than 3 jobs in the last year
• If you have been terminated from a previous job for safety you must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered
